We offer a full interior design service as part of our new home design and build. From the exterior to the interior we can help make those design decisions and point you in the right direction.

Our Process

Meet us at our office for coffee located in Feilding to talk about your ideas, design and visions for your project. You will learn a little more about us and our building process.
We will talk about budgets, your land/section and explain in further detail the next stages and what to expect from us.

We will match you with one of our Architectural drawers and the design concept stage begins ! This stage is really exciting as together we begin designing your new home. We provide you with concept plans and start creating every space for your new home.
Once design concept plans are completed and you’re 100% satisfied on the design for your new home we submit your plan to the local council for permit.

Once we have signed off on the overall design of your new home we complete our pricing with a fixed price contract and a full written proposal outlining everything included in your new home.
A Master Builder contract is formalised along with a 10year Master Builder Guarantee.

This is where the fun really begins. Our team of local builders will bring your new home to life ! We keep you involved every step of the way as your new home is constructed.

Yes we do! It is so important to create a cohesive design inside and out. You work closely with us and we cover all the design bits providing you with many options and ideas to create a home to love.

Do you have a showroom?
We have a little creative space at our office in Feilding. It is full of goodies from tap ware colours, flooring ideas and exterior claddings. It is a space to create a full real life mood board of decisions for your home.
Do you help throughout the build?
We love being onsite, any chance to escape the office and head to the building site! We are huge fans of holding our meetings onsite so we can visually see your space and dance around ideas and see them in the spaces. So yes we definitely help throughout the build process.
Do you stick to trends?
I think we all naturally stick to trends but we do try to be ahead of the game! We love trying new products and sourcing products from all over the world. We love lighting, texture and known to love white!
